Refund policy

Shipping 

At Off-Line Supply Co. our goal is to offer you the most sustainable shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: We aim to have all orders ready for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

2. Shipping time: We send orders via Sendle, an Australian-based company with 100% Carbon Neutral delivery. Shipping time varies depending on the destination.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect, brand new condition, unused and in its original packaging. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind return or exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@offlinesupply.co with your name, order number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense. Off-Line Supply Co can not be held responsible for any products lost/damaged in transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fit it!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
